Tense uptight atmosphere in a beautiful property Positive: The property is beautifully renovated, clean, spacious and the spa is simply gorgeous. The garden view is lovely and the room finishings were great Negative: We did not feel warmly welcomed at this property. When we arrived, three dogs jumped on us despite the no-pet policy. The owner did not apologise for this and was annoyed that we were scared. The atmosphere was very tense and uptight, there were many rules to be followed which we were not informed about until we apparently broke the rules. We were told to make ourselves at home in the common area, when we brought some snacks to prepare to eat in the garden, the owners got extremely annoyed and told us we were in fact not allowed to use their kitchen. We mentioned to the owners that we are on holidays to relax and the tense atmosphere was not facilitating this. This feedback was not well received and told us we should have studied the website in advance. There was no soap in the bathroom which I find extremely strange. No coffee cups for the coffee and remember we were not allowed to use the kitchen.

Héél mooie B&B met prachtige tuin die toch redelijk prijzig is Positive: B&B in een prachtig gebouw en zeer mooie grote tuin. Echte vakantiesfeer. Lekker ontbijt met uitgebreide keuze en dit zowel hartig, zoet en gezond. De gastvrouw was ook altijd heel lief en stond steeds klaar met de nodige tips voor uitstapjes of lekkere restaurantjes in de buurt. Mooie kamers die wel naar de kleine kant zijn, maar uitstekende bedden hebben. Negative: Jammer dat het mooie strakke gebouw deels wordt "weggestoken" door de tent voor de pop-up zomerbar. Ook verdwijnt de privacy van de tuintjes bij de kamers deels doordat mensen die de pop-up zomerbar komen bezoeken voorbij de kamers moeten wandelen. Ventilatie maakte 's nachts redelijk wat lawaai. Probleem met water voor het toillet waardoor het meerder malen niet mogelijk was om door te spoelen. Gewoon een emmer voorzien die je dan zelf in de douche kan vullen zou al een oplossing geweest zijn.

Positive: Uitzicht, rustige omgeving, het ontbijt en de wellness.

Positive: Locatie en de tuin en eigenlijk alles was perfect

A pleasant stay Positive: The stay at the B&B was a nice experience, the place is brand new really well made with tast and very clean. The sleep was great and the breakfast was very good. I would return if ever in the area Negative: The breakfast is only from 9 am so to consider if you are a early weaker.
